Our Highly recommended program is divided into three age groups: 3-5, 6-11 and 12+. Our main focus has always been to create well-rounded martial arts students no matter the age!

Nicole brings a wide range of skills to our program, both on and off the work out floor. Nicole will be here making sure students and parents alike have everything they need!
Katie Catana
Instructor
Katie brings a high level of martial arts knowledge to every class she teaches and is also a high level forms competitor! You can find her on the floor pushing our students on a daily basis.
As a high level instructor and sparring competitor Joe brings a high energy skill set to UTA. Joe also leads our highly skilled Demonstration team!
